my week filled with ups and downs
Well my week was kinda bad but good. Very weird week. The good part of my week was that I got a new job working at Ricky's had my orientation and i start working today so all this made me happy becuase im going to be getting paid now. I'm getting paid more than the other people starting there becuase i was getting hit on by the lady the interveiwed me. It was kinda funny because my friend is starting there as well and he got mad at me for it becuase he is not getting as much and he believes that i have some kind of power over older woman.
As we left the orrientation was when the day starting getting bad because i saw someone i really didnt wanna see or ever wanna see. And with her she bought very bad news which i will not tell to the would but i will say it was something i didnt want to hear. And after this we went on a walking mission to find out where excatly our working site would be. It just so happened that it was nowhere near us at all so we had a mega walk to walk and I was already sick of walking because it seemed like that was all i was really doing all day anyway.
Another bad part of my week was the fact that have been sick for the last two weeks with what seems like no end.and I hate being sick. For the last week i have been getting locked out for hours at a time from my house which is no fun at all seeing as how it is starting to get colder and colder at night so yea that not at fun at all. and people have just been jerks lately to me but i continue to move forward and keep it moving forward but that was my week

MY BLOCK
I live way deep down in Brooklyn on the 3 train second to last stop which is also know as Van Siclen ave. My house is on the same block as the train station so i don't have to walk all that far at all. there are houses to the left and right of me as i walk to the middle of the block which is where my house resides.
My neighborhood is some what colorful and filled with random but happy and cool people.
Although i live so close to the train and it's above ground i never ever hear it. But if you listen close enough you may be able to hear small radio at the corner store playing some Spanish music. My block is strangely long for some reason so if u move a little bit further up the block you may be able to hear some hip-hop music being played from the back of a house on the corner closer to the train. There are allot of nice brown stone buildings in the area but i think i live in the best one on the block. I have come to love my building my block and my borough.
If ever visting my block everone should be aware of the fact that there might be alot of random cats that come to greet you as you exit the train station. I just thought i should give people a fair warning about this small fact.

my first blog
who am i? my name is joshua renaud and i think I'm a funny person some of my friends don't think i am but ahh well. i got to this program because i basically took like a year off from high school for family and personal reasons so now I'm here because i hate to waste time. So by me being here i am hoping that i can finish quickly so i can get on with life and get to college.
